Agragami beat Arch Rivals Baghajatin AC in the Last Super Division Cricket

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 6th March, 2017: The last match of the Super Division Cricket League of SMKP for the session 2016-17 was played between arch rivals Agragami Sangha and Baghajatin Athletic Club (BJAC) here in Chandmoni Cricket Ground. After winning the toss Agragami Sangha elected to field first. Subsequently, in the first innings, BJAC managed only 134 runs in the scoreboard losing 9 wickets in 44 overs. None of the batsman except Saif Khan could cross the 20 run mark individually. Saif Khan scored 37 runs before getting caught by Javed Alam of Agragami Sangha. Sujit Paswan of Agragami Sangha got 3 wickets in 9 overs. During batting Agragami Sangha lost only 2 wickets before reaching the target comfortably. Opener Kaushik Guha top scored by remaining unbeaten on 63 runs. Expectedly, he was declared the man of the match for today.
